To review the Navajo Nation Code 12 – Procurement Regulation and Policy about how the Bodaway Gap Chapter procures all goods including supplies, services including procurement of information technology and construction, click the link below. These regulations are intended to apply to procurements using Navajo Nation general, state, and/or federal funds.
